Two tiny puppies were left abandoned at a temple, their fragile bodies struggling against the elements. One of them, a black-furred pup, fought bravely but ultimately couldn’t survive.
Her sister, a white-haired puppy later named Willow, instinctively lay on top of her, trying to offer warmth and comfort in their final moments together.

Rescuers arrived, but Willow’s battle was just beginning. Weighing only 1.4 kg at three months old, she suffered from severe skin infections caused by fungi and bacteria.
Just when it seemed she was making progress, she lost feeling in her front legs. A sudden seizure nearly took her life, leaving her weak and barely clinging to survival.

Her condition was critical—her limbs were cold and turning purple. A veterinarian considered euthanasia to end her suffering, but her rescuer refused to give up.
That decision proved to be life-changing. After receiving high-quality anti-seizure medication and intensive care, Willow showed signs of improvement.

Two and a half weeks later, the frail puppy transformed into a playful, affectionate dog. She recovered from malnutrition and skin disease, ready to start a new chapter in a loving home.
Now, Willow enjoys belly rubs on sunny afternoons and a peaceful environment where she feels safe. Her journey is a testament to resilience, proving that even in the darkest moments, hope can shine through.
