Found in Texas, Yeti’s story began when he was hit by a school bus and discovered seriously injured in the cold. At the time, his condition was so severe that the amputation of his front leg was necessary for his survival. After enduring three major surgeries, Yeti’s fortunes improved when his foster mom, Stephanie Cobbs, welcomed him with open arms.

To prevent potential strain, he wears wrist braces to support his mobility.
Melissa and Jerome’s love offers Yeti a constant reminder of his safety and happiness. His days are filled with beach outings, new friendships, and endless cuddles. Furthermore, preparations for a prosthetic leg promise to restore even more freedom to his movement. “We have a prosthetic leg for him that we’ve been working on. With some training, I think he has a really bright future of being able to function like a normal dog,” shared his mom, highlighting the optimism that defines his future.
