Less than a week after announcing her split from Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie focuses on her six children, trying to shield them from the media frenzy surrounding their high-profile divorce.

On Monday, a large pizza delivery was seen arriving at Jolie’s rented mansion in Los Angeles, indicating her efforts to maintain normalcy for her kids.

The 41-year-old actress, known for her role in Mr. & Mrs. Smith, has filed for sole physical custody of their children—Maddox (15), Pax (12), Zahara (11), Shiloh (10), and twins Knox and Vivienne (8)—while seeking joint legal custody. This move sets the stage for a potentially intense custody battle.

Jolie and her children have moved into a peaceful, kid-friendly mansion in LA, which rents for $95,000 a month. According to People magazine, the property is fully furnished and ideal for her family.

On Monday, a bodyguard was seen collecting the pizza delivery, suggesting Jolie stays out of the public eye during this difficult time.

Meanwhile, Brad Pitt’s brother, Douglas, was spotted in their hometown of Springfield, Missouri, but declined to comment on the situation.

Financially, the couple is unlikely to face issues dividing their assets due to an iron-clad prenuptial agreement. Their $400 million fortune and 12 properties, mostly purchased before their relationship, are covered under this agreement.

Pitt owns seven of these properties, Jolie owns two, and the remaining three were jointly acquired, including their $60 million French estate, Chateau Miraval.

The main contention is over custody of their children. Legal custody allows a parent to make important decisions about the child’s upbringing, while physical custody determines where the child lives.

Jolie’s journey into motherhood began in 2002 when she adopted Maddox from Cambodia, followed by Zahara from Ethiopia. Pitt legally adopted both children in 2006, when the couple welcomed their first biological child, Shiloh.

Pax was adopted in 2007, and the twins, Knox and Vivienne, were born in 2008. Reports suggest Jolie has blocked Pitt’s phone number and is avoiding any contact with him.

Sources close to Pitt reveal he is devastated by the divorce, describing him as “blindsided” and “shattered.” He reportedly did not expect Jolie to file for divorce despite previous threats.

Pitt, who hasn’t seen his children since Jolie filed for divorce, is currently under investigation by the FBI over alleged child abuse.

He is eager to clear his name and reunite with his kids. The allegations stem from an incident on a private jet where Pitt allegedly got drunk and argued with Maddox.

In preparation for the split, Jolie rented the $95,000-a-month home three weeks before filing for divorce on September 19. She has enlisted celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser, known for handling high-profile cases, including Johnny Depp’s divorce from Amber Heard.

This divorce marks Jolie’s third—she was previously married to Johnny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton. Pitt’s first marriage to Jennifer Aniston ended in 2005, with rumors at the time linking his new relationship with Jolie as a factor.
