When they arrived at the scene, they found Berry lying by the roadside, injured and covered in blood. According to an eyewitness, the driver responsible for the accident had fled the scene.
Swift action was taken, and Berry was rushed to the veterinarian. The veterinary team provided him with antibiotics, pain relief, and fluids through an IV.
