At the heart of the Château Miraval dispute, Pitt alleges that Jolie breached a contract by selling her estate share to Shefler without his consent or knowledge.

The Los Angeles Superior Court’s decision to proceed to trial sets the stage for a confrontation between the former spouses.

Amidst the legal drama, Pitt reportedly enjoys his time with his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, 34, with a close source describing them as “super happy.”

Pitt’s legal expenses are estimated to have reached $10 million. Still, he sees it as a necessary investment in standing up against what he perceives as bullying tactics and defending his principles and integrity.

The actor has consistently maintained that Jolie’s decision to sell Miraval was motivated by spite following a court ruling granting him joint custody of their children. Pitt is prepared to testify in court, demonstrating his commitment to the legal battle.

The dispute over Château Miraval is being fought across three jurisdictions: Luxembourg, California, and France, reflecting the legal proceedings’ complexity.

Pitt and Jolie jointly purchased Château Miraval in 2008, with Pitt actively involved in its vineyard operations, producing acclaimed rosé wine and hosting renowned artists in its recording studio.

However, Pitt alleges that Jolie’s stake sale to Shefler in 2021 violated their prior agreement, leading to accusations of bullying and threats from the Russian tycoon.

Shortly after Pitt was granted joint custody, the timing of Jolie’s sale has raised suspicions of ulterior motives.

Despite the legal battles, Pitt remains committed to his children, although his relationship with some of them has reportedly been strained.

As the legal proceedings continue, Pitt’s determination to fight for what he believes is fair remains unwavering.

In the latest developments, a Luxembourg court has provisionally reduced Shefler’s stake in Miraval, tilting the balance in Pitt’s favor.
