Love transcends boundaries, cultures, and even species. While humans have entire industries dedicated to finding love, the animal kingdom is no stranger to affectionate displays.
Macedonian wildlife photographer Goran Anastasovski has dedicated 15 years to capturing these tender moments among animals, showcasing their innate capacity for love.
Anastasovski’s breathtaking photos feature diverse animals, such as wolves, lynxes, deer, monkeys, and giraffes.
These creatures often engage in close contact with their kind, gently nuzzling or embracing their young.
Speaking to My Modern Met, Anastasovski says, “My goal in photographing animals is to reveal their beauty and character and to demonstrate that they can express love even more than humans.”
Passionate about animal photography, he aims to inspire at least one person to care more about these creatures and their welfare.
By sharing these heartwarming images, Anastasovski hopes to raise awareness for animal conservation and discourage hunting practices.
He emphasizes, “Photographing animals is better than hunting and killing them. The adrenaline rush is the same, so it’s preferable to be a photographer rather than a hunter.”
Anastasovski’s emotive animal photography has been featured on prominent platforms like National Geographic, BBC, Forbes, and Telegraph.
