A touching video shows a baby elephant bouncing around in a tub while taking a refreshing bath in western Thailand.
Footage recorded in Kanchanaburi province, located west of Bangkok, shows 7-month-old Choojai being forced into a plastic tub as the keeper hosed him down.
The naughty Asian elephant sinks his head before coming back up for air and flopping his trunk on the edge of the bathtub in the clip filmed.

He splashes in the tub and slaps his ears, causing floods of water to pour over the rim of the tub.
The animal then laid down in the cool water before standing up as his keeper continued to direct the stream of water at him.
The Asian elephant, classified as endangered species, is the largest land mammal in the world and has three subspecies – Indian, Sumatra and Sri Lanka.
They are generally smaller than African elephants, and their skin is dark grey to brown, with pink patches on the forehead, ears, and base of the trunk.

During the summer months, hairless mammals like elephants and rhinos will use bathwater, mud and clay to stay cool and protect themselves from the sun.
In 2018, scientists at Switzerland’s University of Geneva also found that deep wrinkles in an elephant’s skin allowed water to easily spread and helped lower the animal’s body temperature.
