During a walk in a nearby forest, a sharp cry from a dog drew my attention. Following the sound, I discovered a small dog under a tree, shivering and tightly bound with a rope, its body covered in tick bites.
The dog appeared frightened and unwell, suffering from both the bites and the restrictive rope. Realizing the urgency, I knew immediate action was necessary to provide relief to the distressed animal.
I carefully started removing each tick, mindful of the dog’s fragile state to avoid causing additional pain. The process was demanding and required perseverance, yet each tick I removed represented progress in the dog’s recovery.
