Recently, we received an urgent call from a concerned citizen about a puppy left alone in an abandoned house for over a month without food or water.
Upon arriving at the scene, we were met with a heartbreaking sight—a frail and weak puppy laying helplessly on the floor, unable to lift its head. It was clear that this little animal had endured unimaginable hardship for a long time.
Realizing the immediacy of the situation, we knew prompt action was vital to save its life. With no time to wait for police assistance due to the emergency’s severity, we bravely entered the house to carry out the rescue.
The experience was emotionally challenging, yet our resolve to save this innocent life helped us overcome every obstacle we faced.
After safely removing the puppy from the dire conditions, we rushed it to the veterinary hospital for critical care. The examination revealed severe malnutrition and dehydration—so extreme that the puppy couldn’t even stand.
Despite the grim prognosis, we held on to hope and were determined to do everything possible to nurse it back to health and offer it a second chance at life.
