The calf tries to hoist its front legs over the barrier but lacks the height to make it across. After several unsuccessful attempts, it searches for an alternate route to reach its family.

Sensing her calf’s struggle, the mother steps onto the barrier and uses her trunk to gently lift the calf by its back, helping it climb over.

Local reports say traffic was briefly halted to allow the elephants to cross safely. Witnesses were moved by the mother’s attentive care, praising the gentle nudge she gave to help her calf.
