What began as a typical day took a heartwarming turn with a single phone call that would change the lives of several puppies forever.
A group of fearful, dirty puppies had been discovered huddled next to a garbage bin, soaked by rain and neglected. Their distress and helplessness were palpable, hinting at the hardships they had endured.
