Chris Pratt, who headlined the previous three Jurassic World films, is reportedly passing the torch to Scarlett Johansson. According to The Insider, Johansson has been offered the lead role in the upcoming movie.

The actress recently met with director Gareth Edwards and producer Frank Marshall, but it’s not yet confirmed whether she has accepted the offer.

If Johansson takes on the role, it will be a significant move for fans, particularly those who were disappointed by the fate of her character, Black Widow, in Avengers: Endgame.

Black Widow was pivotal in Johansson’s career, helping her become the second-highest-grossing box office star.
