Hollywood star Scarlett Johansson was recently spotted in New York City, dressed in stylish activewear and engrossed in her mobile phone.
The 38-year-old actress, known for her roles in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and more, was seen on a day out in New York, exhibiting her penchant for comfort and style in athleisure.
Clad in a light grey zip-up hoodie, blue leggings, a black baseball cap, and dark shades, Johansson looked effortlessly chic. She wore light blue socks, white sneakers, and a multicolored canvas tote bag slung over her shoulder.
Johansson, who originally hails from New York, kept her blonde tresses styled in a ponytail and accessorized with an intriguing assortment of small earrings adorning one ear. Despite her A-list status, she appeared to go without makeup, embracing her natural beauty.
The actress, who has been married to Colin Jost since October 2020, is a mother to their 20-month-old son, Cosmo, and shares an eight-year-old daughter, Rose, with her ex-husband, Romain Dauriac.
Professionally, Johansson continues to make waves. Alongside Avengers co-star Chris Hemsworth, she is set to lend her voice to the upcoming Transformers One animated film. Fans eagerly await her role as Elita, opposite Hemsworth’s young Optimus Prime, in the prequel exploring the Autobots-Decepticons feud.
In addition, Johansson’s film, “Asteroid City,” directed by Wes Anderson, is slated for a Cannes premiere and a June theatrical release.
Meanwhile, Johansson has spoken candidly about her lawsuit against Disney over the simultaneous streaming and theatrical release of Black Widow.
She revealed to Variety how her pregnancy was a ‘wonderful distraction’ during the legal challenge, which was eventually settled out of court.
After the settlement, which allegedly fetched her over $40 million, Johansson has emerged as Hollywood’s highest-grossing star, with total earnings surpassing $14.52 billion globally.
Notably, Johansson’s relationship with Disney has not soured. She regularly visits their Florida theme park and is involved in the development of their upcoming Tower Of Terror ride.
Beyond her battles, Johansson has been vocal about the gender pay gap in Hollywood. She disclosed how she successfully fought for pay parity with her male Avengers co-stars, emphasizing the importance of equal pay for equal work – a value ingrained in her since childhood.
