Rescued kangaroo can’t stop hugging the volunteers who saved her life

Meet Abigail, also known as the ‘hugging kangaroo.’ She is a grateful and affectionate rescued kangaroo.

She was rescued as a 5-month-old baby and taken to Alice Springs Kangaroo Reserve in Central Australia.

That was almost 15 years ago, and since then, she has become ‘queen of the reserve.’

You see, while most other rescued kangaroos spend their time wandering around the sanctuary looking for food and enjoying their freedom, Abigail is different.

She loves spending time hugging and cuddling her kind rescuers and caregivers all day long, and that’s the cutest thing we’ve ever seen.

She started her day with a hug, and now, no one can imagine what life was like before!
